Our Policy

Spika India does not offer cash or bank refunds on completed orders. This applies to Cash on Delivery and prepaid (UPI) orders alike.

What We Offer Instead

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or doesn't fit, we resolve it through a free replacement or size exchange — see our Replacement & Exchange page for eligibility and steps.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and follows the replacement/exchange process above.
